LONG TERM CARE CENTRE

Since July 4 1983, St. Michael's Long Term Care Centre has been a continuing care institution offering health services to those who are physically and/or mentally challenged - primarily seniors.

The provision of care is based on a multidisciplinary team approach involving:

Physicians, Nurses, Occupational / Physical / Recreational Therapists, Dietician, Social Worker, Pastoral Care Coordinator, etc.

Prospective residents are assessed by the Alberta Health Services

– Central Assessment and Placement Services (CAPS) and placed on a wait list.
