“If I would not come to Adult Day Support Program I probably would not be walking. Exercises and other activities have helped me to move better. I feel much better when I attend the program. My doctor and daughter encouraged me to go to Adult Day Support. I am with wonderful people and staff instead of staying home alone. Socializing is very important to me.
