Beverly Heights is a historical neighbourhood, also known as Olde Town Beverly. The mature neighbourhood is scattered with an abundance of old trees and older homes. It is in a well-maintained area with large lots and an ethnically-diverse population. Residents of the community take great pride in their neighbourhood.

A fun fact about the Beverly Heights neighbourhood is that it was once built on a coal mine. It was incorporated as a village in 1913, became a town in 1914 and amalgamated with the City of Edmonton in 1961.

What’s nearby:
With easy access to many amenities, this is the perfect neighbourhood. It is close to Abbottsfield Mall, Rundle Park, grocery stores, churches and parks. It is also in close proximity to the Northgate Seniors Centre and easy access to transit to access shopping, cafés, bakeries, and a medical centre.
