On June 4, 2017 over 60 people laced up their runners for the first annual Angel Walk to raise funds for Vegreville Manor. The support we received from the residents and their families, the community and businesses was incredible.
The inaugural Angel Walk met our goal to raise $7,000 in support of Vegreville Manor’s Courtyard Enhancement Project. The residents, along with their families, will enjoy summer activities and outdoor living with the additions. When complete, the courtyard will boast a new greenhouse, two gazebos and garden boxes. Residents can enjoy the warm months like they Ad in their own homes, planting and tending to the garden boxes, and enjoying the outdoor space to socialize with friends and family. With plenty of organised activities to get them outdoors in the summer months, this space will become the hub of the manor until the snow falls!
