Learning And Developing

At St. Michael’s Health Group, we are committed to the growth and development of our team. Through a special education fund established by St. Michael’s Extended Care Centre Society, financial assistance is available to eligible staff members for professional development.

Each year, we contribute to this fund to ensure our employees have the resources they need to enhance their skills and knowledge. We also offer in-house monthly workshops and education sessions led by our dedicated educator, ensuring continuous learning right here on-site.
